After hearing a superb rendition of Lavender at Cambridge last week - I changing to that - it was simply beautiful :)
Also would like Garden Party - it's a happy, sunny, playful song and sums up a lot a postives to me. Finiahing with I Know WhatI liek for similar reasons - it's fun and happy

Who dug this old topic up ?
Bit of a grave thing to talk about isn't it ?

I could continue trying to be witty but you lot might bring my funeral forward too soon :?

I did think about this some time ago and I think my choices included

1. Oh Well - Fleetwood Mac
2. Afterglow - Genesis
3. The show must go on - Queen

"... in that quiet Earth" by Genesis would seem kind of appropriate for a burial?

Arthur Brown's "Fire" and Deep Purple's "Burn" would indicate that the Furnace was doing it's job properly at a cremation. Whereas Blue Oyster Cult's "Fire of unknown origin" might reflect problems, and Robert Plant's "Burning down one side" would certainly hint at incomplete combustion...!

I suspect family and friends might suggest for me "Get along without you now" by Viola Wills! :o :(

I had the idea for a topic like this one. But first I used the search feature. And the hit list shows me this thread. So I posted at this :D . I'm sure you all can bypass that if you want!?

Well since I would be dead, I would probably go with something that would make the others living feel better. Or which I think would make them feel better.
So...

Walk unafraid - REM
Better things - The Kinks

ok, and a couple to make them tear up a bit, for good measure :P

Just Breathe followed by The End - Pearl Jam
