just in from work have to wait up till 8am to make appointment at docs, back giving me trouble last two days, getting spasms at the bottom of my back, thank god am off work tonite, old age doesn't come by itself!

That sounds painful, I hope you can get it sorted soon!

thanks marina, been to docs, on diclofenac, solpadol and omeprazole i'll be ready for glasgow and lemmers thats for sure.

First session, problem diagnosed and remedial action put in place.

On fourth session, and back feels almost like new.. Fixed my shoulders at same time..

Back pain and GP's ... Clueless

I took my phone for a swim today, the tiniest of dips actually. Inadvertently, of course, since I don't usually dispense premeditated cruelness on my electronic devices, and since I am not usually that dumb. At least on my good days.

But, I have already dropped this same phone down the stairs one time, and on to a concrete floor another time. I also have been attacked my a rogue wave while hopping along rocks and tide pools, which successfully drenched me and phone. All of this my dear phone has survived. You think it would withstand the tiniest of swims. But alas, things are not looking good so far.

Maybe I have finally succeeded in killing my phone. It lies now on a bed of rice. Reawakening is uncertain.
I suddenly feel very incommunicado. Which incidentally, is a superb song.

Water has no teeth, so you have a chance... Phones never recover after a dog teeth attack... I know...

Back from a short trip to the Baltic Sea (near Wismar). 12 boys and girls, 8 motor cycles and Ulli in his car with all their luggage . A trip on Friday to Lübeck and on Saturday to the peninsula Darß. On Saturday evening the FC Bayern has forgot to score enough goals to get the Champions League trophy . Congratulations to Chelsea!

Next short trip on Tuesday after work to Bristol/Bath. Back on Wednesday!
