Alternatively I'd have loved to have been a singer but, alas, don't have the voice. In my dreams, I would have thoughOr a writer. I really envy anyone that can research and write a good book. I can write very well, but I don't think I'd have enough imagination to write more than one book or be a really successful author.

Now that is an excellent job and one to be envious of!- The cafe/restaurant at Sudeley Castle has some really lovely cakes and also does a nice line in Paninis. I could eat their Pesto and Mozzarella ones all day.
