How do you work that one out? You're not the first to say it. However, he repeatedly sang "diamond jubilee" in his trilogy - 'isn't she lovely' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Qz9LyIf5tI" . He sang Happy Birthday, also - as this event coincided with her official Birthday: "The exact date of the celebration today varies from country to country and except by coincidence does not fall on the day of the monarch's actual birthday (that of the present monarch being 21 April. In some cases, it is an official public holiday, sometimes coinciding with the celebration of other events" - in this case the Diamond Jubilee.

Hey, and I don't actually like Stevie Wonder!

But the Jubilee didn't coincide with either her real birthday in April or her official birthday on Jun16th.
Aprt from that I thought Stevie was one of the better acts.

Auntie Ann (71) told us today that she watched the show. Her comments made us smile "about time that Cliff Richard and Paul Mac Cartney gve up singing. Especialy Mac Cartney, he was awful. Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey were wonderful, but why did they get only one song when that Kylie was on for ages... "

" and didn't the Queen look miserable! "

;)

Doesn't she always look miserable?! :? - She's only truly happy when she's strangling pheasants (or should that be peasants? :? )

I din't think Macca was too bad, not anywhere near the Level that Cliff dropped to anyway.
Kylie only did a short medley, Tom did at least two full songs and I suspect her less than happy face may have had something to do with her husband having just been admitted to hospital.

The thing that annoyed me about the Jubilee is that whenever I saw Kate Middleton on TV, I thought that the aspect ratio was set wrong.
