Tue Jan 15, 2008 10:14 am

ok, so far we have
1 drummer,
3 keyboard players,
2 bassists, and
I think 26 guitarists...
Sugarmouse singing in her unbearable (?) shower ;) :D
and a totem pole to dance around..... :)
and a partridge up a pear tree...

Seem to be missing one thing...

any one know any 6 foot 4 inch male vocalists??????????

I can sing (out of the shower too), but mostly the older stuff, including Marillion! Haven't broken any windows yet!

I sang all of 'The Final Cut' to Fish and Elliot, and they didn't walk out. I don't think they were being polite...

Not enough bottle for The Stage though.

I can sing a bit.. but i am not sure i would ever be welcomed at a convention, I am sure I am disliked by Marillion and their staff, even though they really don't know who I am, and have never met me personally.
However, I would be quite useful in any band be it Bass, Guitar or Vocals.

That is the Pink Floyd album I take it, I'm impressed it takes a lot of balls to sing that especially to the audience you had.... going on stage after that would be easy.........

To add to the topic am a bass player but not good enough to do Pete's basslines.

Guitarist here... a band but not a good one, can't find serious likeminded musicians :P.

I wish Frank could set up my guitar! The action is high and I get fretbuz and i've been working on it, stupid perfection ;)

to Ender: (and others)

I learn the music by: the chords from internet (ALWAYS checking!), MIDI-files and most important by listening the original many times and trying and wondering that a lot of "difficult" songs a quite simple and "easy" songs are more complicated than expected.

what about you?????

i am a vocalist/lyricist for a band in the US. we have been working on "goldfish and clowns" and "lavender/bitter suite (blue angel section)".

my guitar player actually is the one who really turned me on to fish about 6 yrs ago.

we would love to cover some fish and marillion and record it, but licensing fees are out of our grasp so far ;)

poor musicians! maybe the new release of our second cd will help that! LOL
