Thanks for the response, that's what I believe also.
The whole thought stemmed from a newspaper article where a 22 year old man lived a "gypsy-esque" lifestyle, and ended up dying in a fire in a warehouse he was "squatting" in. People have argued that he was free, but really, how is that possible?
