Often, we spend so much time and effort just getting through a difficult period that we don't recognise the toll it's taking on us and, as a consequence, it's difficult to put it behind us and move on. When we allow ourselves the time and opportunity to recover, only then we can start to move forward. Glad that process is now beginning. So to New Beginnings!
