Was just reading Fish original post. It states that laminates will be punched on the day.

Does anyone know if that means we will not be allowed to leave and re-enter as before? Otherwise what is the point of punching the laminate? It did say there would be a FAQ thread based around the convention but I could not see one.

I Can't see the point of punching the laminates unless it is sort of a counter at the same time, but must be a easier way, also would not be fair to state once in you cant leave and go back.

Though it was a long post so difficult to spot. In '99 we were allowed to wander in and out of the Aassembly as we desired. It was useful as the weather was lovely and we could find different places to eat. Unless, on this occasion, that was not going to be allowed, what would be the point in punching the laminates?
