We can all hire a hotel in Canterbury and have our own Canterbury Tales event.

Punting on the Cam anyone?

It is but Canterbury is closer to me :)

Now that I've been rumbled I can confess that it's the River Stour in Canterbury. Still good for punting though!

and a good bit further away from me... ;) I'm sure there was a little mention of Haddington?? oh and re camping in Scotland.. the secret of defeating the midges is quite simply to get completely dirty, manky, filthy, covered in mud.. and don't wash it off..   Sounds like most festival camping to me.. ;)

Haddington was definitely mentioned - but let's be realistic. Two tours plus an album release.

There's the Convention DVD (we hope).

There's the musical (albeit minor involvement if it happens)

There's the acting. He's just tweeted that he's got an audition today.

There's the remixes.

There may be some Planet Rock shows.

Plus the normal 'life' stuff...

Going to squeeze a convention into that? ;)

Is the Cam mentioned in Canterbury Tales? I thought it was in Cambridge? Is that a total misapprehension?

Camped on the scouts footie pitch at the 2006 Haddington convention, it was held in August and had no problems.

Until the football match started
