This evening Zaz made a delicious salmon with dill wrapped in puff pastry with new potatoes, asparagus and a tarragon hollandaise sauce.

Don't usually make my own zaz, but have done in the past, no just went off them totally, especially the ones from takeaways, far too greasey, also think i have had one kebab in my life, it was ok but when i tasted it you just know, there is that fatty taste that isnt good for you! Don't get me wrong, i am not dead pernickity when it comes to eating, still love a fish supper and the like.
Guess i am just getting old, so i do try to eat more healthy things than bad ones....

Homemade Malaysian Curry with Jasmine Rice this evening.

Thinking about it, these curry nights are becoming more frequent in our house. - Think we must have about four a week! - Dread to think what the house smells like to any visitors. Not that we let anyone in!

your insides must be clean out regular! who needs detoxing, when you can have a curry.
