Last night it was slow roast pork loin with roast potatoes, buttered white cabbage and red Russian kale from my garden!

Tonight it will be fillets of beautifully fresh cod. Accompaniments and cooking method TBC...

My favourite! Red Thai Chicken Curry with Jasmine Rice.

Bought some Scottish strawberries for dessert. Not a nice as English ones but they'll have to do!

Last night whilst watching the footy, Italy playing, I did penne prima vera con polpette (or penne with spring veg & meat balls) Penne pasta, baby carrots, freshly shelled peas, asparagus, basil, spring onion, garlic, olive oil, and homemade beef meatballs.
Very Tasty

Tonight, I had the "leftover" (made 2 dozen!) meatballs, in a "Swedish style" gravy, with potato & wilted spinach. Also v. good.

Sweet and sour chicken with fried rice bought from the takeaway down the road washed down with a pint of caffeine free diet cola.

used some more of the similar veg, sliced up, that I had with the pasta, and some homemade chicken stock, did a tasty vege soup with some rice noodles.
