Jamaican Spiced Pulled Pork with black turtle beans, rice and peppers. - All home-cooked for me, so I completely take back my comment about having to use the microwave! ;) :D - Extremely tasty it was too.

A simple fruit salad for dessert. - Refreshing.

Arabian veal's liver cooked in garlic and onions with mushrooms, chips and crusty bread and butter along with a bottle of Sangre de Toro (2009) which I have now just finished. Very tasty it was too. I think it is time for a wee dram of JW Black Label.

Sounds really nice Bez, although I must say, you could cook an insole with garlic and onion and it would be tasty! :) - Could just go a glass of that wine now, or indeed any wine, but currently have an empty wine-rack.

Not tonight but this morning. Went out this morning and foraged some St Georges Mushrooms, fried up with eggs to omelette with local free range eggs and a couple of slices of my home dry cured bacon. tasty. :D

Bugger - Risotto is off due to delayed hubby who is beset by Summer Holiday traffic after a later than predicted finish time for his job today [yes, he was working during his Summer Hols :x ].

So it's down to me and I have no patience for Risotto so it's Spag Bol with meat-free mince - always a winner :D

Oh and I found a Apple Crumble in the freezer so it's yummy pud time too - always have a carton of custard handy for such emergencies.... ;)

Lentil and Spinach Curry.

Something resembling an Eton Mess for dessert. Think it started life as a Strawberry Roulade.

Paupiettes à la provençale tonight. They are oven cooked beef escalopes stuffed with minced pork, sage, parsley, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, cooked in a white wine, mushroom and tomato sauce along with carrots and tatties.

They sound delicious. Might have a go at those. - Made a Red Thai curry yesterday. One of my favourites.

Don't know what I'll be feasting on this evening, as I'm on a late and my work's canteen sucks. :x :(
