Roasting a smoked gammon tonight. Think I will serve it with some roasted parsnips, cauliflower cheese and tomatoes a la provencale.

Will have a go at Walnut, honey and ginger ice cream :D , will try to make some clusters of caramelised walnuts with honey, and will throw some bits of gingernut cookies inside :D

Homemade Fish Pie, with a bit of salad.

A simple Greek Yoghurt with fresh fruit for dessert.

Seeing the F1 GP is in Monaco I did myself a bit of a fish stew, with tomato sauce base, pan fried cod steak on clams, mussels, prawns, langoustine, potatoes, celery and seasoning.

.....Looks and sounds really nice Jon. My kind of food! :D

This evening, when I can drag myself off the sofa, it will be Sweet Chilli King Prawns, with Stir-Fried Noodles, Sugar Snap Peas and Baby Sweetcorn.

English Strawberries with Greek Yoghurt for afters.

Quite by accident actually, we'll be having Coronation Chicken salad. :D

Strawberry Meringue Roulade for dessert.

In the spirit of the occasion Coronation 'chicken' made with swan seems rather apt ;-)
