Cooked myself( well if you can call flinging something in the oven - cooking)

most of the time i don't have enough time to stand over a cooker for anymore than 20 mins. So its usually something i can do in the oven ( except my head  ) or a microwave meal added with veg etc.... :)

Same here Rab. - I usually cook a batch of meals on my day off, to freeze for during the week, but I'm always too knackered to be bothered preparing meals from scratch, when I've done a shift. - You'll know all too well that Retail can be bloody physically exhausting work! ;)

You can get some really excellent fresh ready-meals at my place. Always buy a load of them too, providing they aren't high in fat and salt.

Yeah definitley paul! I usually get mine from a freezer specialist as they are a lot cheaper than my place. I also mix my normal meals per week with weight watchers ones so i am not eating too many foods with salt of fat, adding in veg too, so it kinda evens itself out. :)

Monkfish fillets marinated in anchovy, rosemary, garlic and lemon - then chargrilled. Served with salad straight from the garden (I haven't even picked it yet as it's still raining...).
I want a drink, I want a drink. To take all the dust and the dirt from my throat. I want a drink, I want a drink. To wash out the filth that is deep in my guts.... I want a drink.

Just in from the pub, had slices of roast chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion and garlic/smoked paprika mayo in a bread bun. Sort of a CLT instead of BLT.

Spicy Bean Burgers, with salad, and a few oven chips! :D

Spent a good day in the garden, chopping back on the jungle that is my raised beds, so I've really worked up an appetite! :D
