Soup of potato chunks, carrots, onions, garlic, peas, peppers, homemade chicken stock, mushrooms, bit of cream, couple of rashers of shredded streaky bacon. Couple of toasted pittas and hummus dip.

Yesterday my employees gave us a day off work to try a bit of Italian cookery so 12 of us went to the Caldese Cookery school in London - between Oxford Street and Marylebone.

Greeted at 10:00 Am by champagne and fresh cooked foccacia bread.

Taught to make proper Italian pizza as well as a chocolate torte, various vegetables and salads.

Then we ate it all along with beer and wine.
Quite an enjoyable few hours and certainly a lot better than working !

Then to the nearby pub for more beer and to watch Federer win !

Had a "Nong Shim" Shin Cup Noodle Soup, Hot n Spicy, earlier Paul, Think you would like these, they are far superior to your normal Pot Noodles, of Korean extraction, and at £0.60p for one well worth the money! :D

The food at chez TNN & Zazabi continues to be brilliant every day

However even Zaz surpassed her own high standards by making the most sublime mango sorbet.
An absolutely delicious taste sensation. :D

I don't know about tonight, but I am about to go to brunch, which given the time is more like lunch. I hope it is good!! I am now in Zurich, which looks like a beautiful city thus far.

I am so hungry, but must wait for my friend to be ready.

Just come back from a wonderful BBQ at my favourite country pub, The Sandpiper in Ormskirk, Lancs. - So lovely to sit outside in HOT SUNSHINE! :o :D - My neck and arms are now lobster pink and my face probably looks like a sundried tomato, but who cares?! ;) :D

Zürich is beautiful. I hope you have found a restaurant at the lake and you have had a nice meal!
