Jamaican Pulled Pork with Sweet Potato and Black Turtle Beans, done in the slow cooker. - See, I do try when I'm off work and have time on my hands!

Stuffed bell peppers (with a mincemeat, onion, pumpkin, tomato, spices and cheese stuffing) with a spinach and mushroom salad.
