cause there aint anyone like that in the store i work at.
Not really Rab. It's just the way I've been brought up and the way I am. - I'm too much of a rebel to be company driven, with thoughts of promotion or anything. - Many people have urged me to be a Union Rep, because I always take the staff side and like a good argument!- You can't be a Rep and a Manager though unfortunately.
its the way i was brought up to paul, i,ve had my fair share of run ins with my company, i am in the union and have also been asked by people around me to become a rep to which i had a meeting with an are union rep about sometime ago but never heard anymore of it maybe i am too much of a rebel(in a good way ) as well, just dont like seeing anyone geting treated like crap! thats just me though i treat the company as they treat me, they are no different than me whether it is in work or outside work, we are all the same,
