People that leave outdoor Christmas decorations on the front of their houses all year round, and then switch them on midway through November.

Low salt products costing more than the regular alternative. - Why, if there's less ingredients?

Waiters who remain stood at your table, waiting for a tip, even if you've had poor service from them.

Having to pay extortionate entrance fees to get into theme parks, and then not being able to get on any of the rides due to ridiculously long queues. - Not to mention the rip-off prices of theme park food and drink!

Parents who drive solitary children to school in huge, petrol-guzzling 4X4's. - Especially in my village, where the local primary school is within good walking distance of practically every house.

Bloody poncey nouvelle cuisine! - Three little blobs on a plate and a rat-piddle of sauce that looks like someone has run their finger through it and had a lick..................and where's the rest of my veg'?! - If I'd wanted such miniscule morsels, I would have eaten vitamin pills.

The world domination of pop idol style tv talent shows, and Simon Cowell's cold, calculating, strangling grip on the throat of the UK's popular music scene.
