Reading the TV program this morning, i was asking myself the same thing... Anyway, i'll avoid the TV here in the next days... :?

Hey Rab, enjoy yourself before the mad Christmas rush! - It's already started for me. Work is terrible at the moment, with longer business hours, doubled-workload and cut-backs in staff. My weekends off have become little moments of quiet before the onslaught begins again! :)

Call me a Scrooge, but I'll be glad when it's over............

I want a drink, I want a drink. To take all the dust and the dirt from my throat. I want a drink, I want a drink. To wash out the filth that is deep in my guts.... I want a drink.

It does. - I've been wearing that nightcap since the day I became a retail manager. - Bloody hate Christmas! :x

Tell me about it Paul mate,

Always used to love Christmas, but now hate it, as in regards to being in retail, you just have NO life at Christmas and NO time to spend with you family and friends.

So much so I have an up and coming run in with my work as they are trying to make me work boxing day when it is a "Fixed Float day" in Scotland regards my work.

:D Had a great couple of days in Edinburgh, just not long enough :(
Me and Michelle went up to the castle, first time in a about 20yrs, just awesome so much done to it since then, regards Exhibitions and certain parts being open to the public, went in about 11am on Monday and before we knew it it was4.30pm when we wre coming out :o

The Weather was kind to us although it was cold it was dry, unlike back home where it has been snowing. All in all a great time to chillout and relax with each other as well as taking in the some sites as well as the odd drink or two ;)

Sounds great Rab. - Fell in love with Edinburgh during 2011. Great city. Not too big, but full of atmosphere. - Got to see quite a bit of it with Debs during our break for the Caves gig, but would like to go back for a second look! ;)

Holidays for 2013 people! Where are we all off to this year? :? :) - I haven't booked anywhere yet, although all my weeks off from work are in place. - Generally go on several B&B hiking holidays in this country. The Lakes and The Pennines, etc, but feel like getting somewhere further and warmer this year! Still mulling over some preferred destinations. :?
