hi mate, your best bet is ebay, but it will probably cost you £120 plus. good luck.

and markets... I found a copy at Saffron Walden Market int he summer, and bought it for £3.50... ( a second copy for me) which I gave as a birthday present to a Dear Friend.... ( although I was tempted to ebay it for sheer capitalistic profit!)....

There's a copy for sale on eBay now but it's $249.99 - about £155 - plus shipping.
