JB equals John Boye , infamous on the MOLF but my bark is worse than my bite and a believer that the most passionate fan tends also to be the most vocally critical. Also that a post can come across harsher than it is meant to but I won't use smokers to ease the blow - I rely on the intelligence of the reader to correctly interpret the words used.

Welcome John.

We have a slightly different community to MOLF as I can sure you can imagine and we tend to prefer to keep things a bit on the gentler side, if you catch my drift.

We enjoy a heathly debate, and encourage open honest posting, but with respect. Not everyone is of the same background or has the ability to mind read.

Can't say I know what MOLF is like, I'm not a member and you can't read it unless you are. But as Doc says, this is a really friendly community, I've not seen an ounce of a problem in my time here.

Welcome JB! I have indeed enjoyed a number of your posts on the MOLF - but as Bob says, its rather different on here. Far less traffic for a start, and the vast majority of the posts are made by a "hard-core" of maybe 20 members.... I think that for that reason we tend to try to be non-confrontational as far as possible....

Except where Rich is concerned that is - he is fair game!
